THE MUST DO IN A TRADE FAIR STAND

  I am sure that there are many other points to keep in mind depending of the trade fair and the profesional sector you are involved in , but I have to say there are quite a few that you shouldn´t forget before you go ahead with the design of a stand for a trade fair.

 

  1. Your trade show booth must be eye-catching and attention-grabbing.
  2. Graphics and multimedia displays are a must.
  3. Your graphics MUST say who your company is.
  4. Your graphics MUST say what your company does.
  5. Your graphics should say why you are better than your competitors.
  6. Pictures are great, but don’t forget some text to communicate the above 3 points. Your UPS¡¡
  7. Keep all of your text at waist level or above. 
  8. Plan ahead and start early. Don’t wait until the last minute to come up with your design concept, determine your trade show message, and create your trade show graphics.
  9. Think about using your selling line in a visible spot
  10. Get a proof of your trade show booth displays graphics before they are printed. 
  11. Check that all your multimedia is compatible and Works beforehand
  12. Make your lighting strategy have to differetial its eye cacthing.
  13. Location in the fair its a must, understand the customer journey , check where the hot spots are.
  14. Leave the front of your trade show booth space open so that people can easily come in.
  15. Keep in mind that the fair is a tool for your comercial team , make sure that they are involved in the Project and you have take into a count their needs.
  16. When the fair is over, feed back is needed in order to calculate the ROI.
