I have to consider mysefl as a ROI fanatic , and often I say to my collegues if yuo can not meassure …what you can do its to find out the way to do it , otherwise you will not be able to probe the impact of your inititatives.

I friend of mine that its involve in the Retail business in Shopping Centres it was trying to agree with me those indicators key for meassuring the marketing activity in a centre and here you have some of them , I am sure that there are may more , but to me this ones are already more than enought .

This KPI will show the alignament to the objetives of your marketing plan , evolution and red lights with time enought to react.
